I'm starting this group as part of my effort to become free of industrialized foods. I want to become as strong and healthy as I can, and realize that this will involve abandoning the Standard American Diet. Instead, I'd like to eat as our distant hunter gatherer ancestors ate, an eating style known as the Paleo diet. Meeting others on a similar path would make the journey so much fun! This group was established for cyclists of all levels and disciplines (road and mountain). You'll see that we're pretty focused on road for the time being but perhaps enough interest will actually form a group to tackle some local trails!
